1. Double click the "Download Trojan Benefit Update" icon located on your desktop.  This will Connect to Trojan and start to transfer the requested updates.

2. Once the transfer has finished, check that the click on the first option                            

"  1) Click here to minimize this program " This will now minimize that screen.

3. Start, Programs, Practice Works, Trojan Data Conversion

4. Select <Run Conversion>.

Note: the location of the data files should read your network drive (where all the Practice Works program and data is stored) and then the above file path.

5. Click on the " Trojan Benefit Update Download "

Which was minimized on step 2.

6. You are now ready to select the second option.
