class definition not found
This error is due to the old version of Windows that the client is running. There are registry files missing.
To fix
1. Insert the DrDirect Install CD

you should get the message 1 file copied |

type cd \drdirect <Enter> |

type register <Enter> |

you should get the DllRegisterServer in datacomm2.dll succeeded |

Open DrDirect
