Several of our Trojan Programs can be downloaded by our clients through trojanonline.com.

Vendor Initial load and Benefit Service Standalone Windows install

1. From the clients account in ET, verify the area on account matches the address on the account, then click Option

2. Click ET CD Full Load

3. The correct program creation screen will come up based on the service codes.

4. Be sure to select Put in Client's "My Downloads"

5. Click OK

Benefit Downloader

Managed Care Windows install

1. From the clients account in ET, verify the area on the account matches the address on the account, then click Option

2. Click Managed Care Install CD

3. Be sure to select Put in Client's "My Downloads"

4. Click OK

   *Note: the Managed Care Windows install has no data on it. At the time of install, client will need to download an update to get data in the program. click

Standalone Eligibility Install

1. From the client account in ET, click Option

2. Click Standalone Eligibility Install

3. Be sure to select Put in Client's "My Downloads"

4. Click OK

Standalone Eligibility Program Update

1. From the client account in ET, click Option

2. Click Standalone Eligibility Program Update

3. Be sure to select Put In Client's "My Downloads"

4. Click OK

Express Collect install

1. From the client account in ET click Option

2. Click Express Collect Install CD

3. Be sure to select Send to Web

4. Click OK

1. From the client account in Collections, click Option

2. Click Express Collect Install CD

3. Be sure to select Send to Web

4. Click OK
