A bit on Payment Tables
Mike at Dentrix support explained it this way. When a Trojan plan is brought into Dentrix and attached to a patient, the program reads that as a new plan. New plans have a blank payment table. The old payment table it still in Dentrix but in the office added plan. They would have to access the office added plan, bring up the payment table and reference it or transfer the information by hand.
What happens to this payment table when that TPN updates?
G5 paths
In Dentrix G5 the paths in the office manager there are more than 4 paths. In the case of this client, they already had a path to the Dentrix folder from when they were on G4 and the file structure on the server was complex.
